ONE TEAM. ONE QUOTE. COMPLETE PEACE OF MIND.
From planning to payments — we manage your entire event so you don’t have to.

How We Ensure Your Event’s Success: The Right Angle Way
Step 1: Enquiry & Discovery Call
We kick things off with a short discovery call to understand your goals, audience, budget, and internal process. You don’t need to have all the answers; that’s our job. Book here to send an enquiry.
Step 2: Initial Quote or Scope Estimate
We help you carefully select high-quality infrastructure and equipment tailored to each event’s specific needs, considering size, audience, and activities. We partner with reliable suppliers to ensure a seamless and enhanced event experience.
Step 3: Onboarding & Contract
Once approved, we set you up in our system with a clear scope, shared timeline, and point of contact.
If we’re managing your operational budget, you only need to approve one invoice — we handle the rest.
Step 4: Event Planning Begins
We manage the moving parts: site visits, permits, vendors, floorplans, budgets, risk, run sheets, and team coordination. You get weekly updates and easy sign-offs — no messy back-and-forth.
Step 5: Event Delivery
From the moment the bump-in begins, we’re on-site managing logistics, timing, staffing, and suppliers.
We handle issues so you can focus on guests.
Step 6: Post-Event Reporting & Debrief
We’ll provide a wrap-up report, supplier feedback (if relevant), and meet to review outcomes, especially if this is an annual event or you want to level up next year
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to have a confirmed date, venue, or budget before reaching out?
Not at all! We’re happy to support you from the very beginning. Many of our clients come to us early in the planning stage — we can help shape your budget, assess venues, and guide the timeline.
What happens during the discovery call?
It’s a short, obligation-free call to learn more about your goals, audience, and how involved you’d like to be. You don’t need to prepare anything formal — we’ll guide the conversation and help uncover what you need.
Is there a fee for the initial quote or consultation?
Nope! Our discovery call and initial quote or scope estimate are completely free. It’s part of helping you decide whether we’re the right fit.
What’s the difference between “management-only” and “full-service”?
“Management-only” means we handle planning and coordination, but you or your team pay and liaise with suppliers directly.
“Full-service” means we manage suppliers, contracts, and payments on your behalf — saving you time and reducing admin.
Can we still be involved if you manage everything?
Absolutely. You’ll have full visibility and final sign-off on key decisions. We tailor the process to suit your internal approvals and how hands-on (or off) you want to be.
How does billing work if you manage the event budget?
You receive one clear invoice from us based on the agreed scope — no juggling multiple supplier invoices. We handle all the payments, tracking, and reconciliations.
What tools do you use to keep us informed during planning?
We provide weekly updates and use streamlined tools like ClickUp and shared timelines to keep you in the loop without overwhelm.
How far in advance should we book you?
Ideally 4–8 months before your event, but we’ve pulled off successful projects in tighter timeframes. Get in touch and we’ll let you know what’s realistic.
Do you only work on large events?
Not at all — we work on everything from intimate brand activations to large-scale public and corporate events. It’s about the complexity, not just the size.
Can you help if I’ve already started planning?
Yes! Whether you need help troubleshooting, taking over logistics, or just want a second set of hands — we’re happy to step in at any stage.
What happens after the event?
We provide a post-event report, supplier feedback, and offer a debrief meeting to review what went well and where we can improve — especially useful for recurring events.
Where are you based and do you travel for events?
We’re based in Melbourne, but regularly travel for events across Australia and Abroad and can work remotely for parts of the planning phase.
