Not at all! We’re happy to support you from the very beginning. Many of our clients come to us early in the planning stage — we can help shape your budget, assess venues, and guide the timeline.

What happens during the discovery call?

It’s a short, obligation-free call to learn more about your goals, audience, and how involved you’d like to be. You don’t need to prepare anything formal — we’ll guide the conversation and help uncover what you need.

Is there a fee for the initial quote or consultation?

Nope! Our discovery call and initial quote or scope estimate are completely free. It’s part of helping you decide whether we’re the right fit.

What’s the difference between “management-only” and “full-service”?

“Management-only” means we handle planning and coordination, but you or your team pay and liaise with suppliers directly.


“Full-service” means we manage suppliers, contracts, and payments on your behalf — saving you time and reducing admin.

Can we still be involved if you manage everything?

Absolutely. You’ll have full visibility and final sign-off on key decisions. We tailor the process to suit your internal approvals and how hands-on (or off) you want to be.
